Le Point Hotel

Project Description: Recently the client acquired a site near the Wisconsin River to build a boutique hotel. The boutique hotel is dedicated to meeting or exceeding WELL guidelines. They have the shell of the building designed, however, need help renovating the interior into an accessible and inviting space. This is a mixed-use facility including a retail store, cafe, restaurant, spa, or exercise facilities. The client would like a minimum of 80 hotel rooms, a minimum mix of 3 room types are required.

The focal space of the hotel is the cafe and bar. Which can be used by both guests and the public. The owner wanted the hotel to be a space the community can utilize as well.
