Concept Statement: An inclusive environment delivering service, convenience, and flexibility. A space to unwind, recharge and recuperate, while creatively indulging in classic Paris through Stevens Point. Natural floral scents meander, encouraging wandering.

Concept Statement: From the minute you step into the space it transforms you into a state of relaxation. The suite has materials that are warm and inviting. The main inspiration for the design comes from the views of the Mountains in Utah

Hub Office Space 

Concept Statement: Surrounding the design around the shape of a hexagon. A hexagon is a symbol of harmony and balance. This is a space to bring people together and offer flexible spaces for the public to us.

Air BNB - Cozzi Stay

Concept Statement: The name of the Air BNB is a Cozzi Stay. The origin of the name Cozzi from Italy. Cozzi may belong to that group of Italian surnames which draw their origin from the sea. In this instance the surname Cozzi may be derived from the Italian word from “cozza” meaning a “mussel”, probably applied to one who collected and sold mussels. Noble families, the Cozzi Family of Derona, settle in Sicily in 1705. This location allows you to enjoy the views of the vineyard as and the ocean view since Sicily is an island. A unique experience to see a new culture up close.
